Cyberattacks Investigation
Oleksii is a cybersecurity expert with more than 20 years of experience and is the manager of the ISSP Cyber Laboratory.
He has participated in investigating major cyberattacks on state-owned enterprises and organizations in the Ukrainian energy, transport, and financial sectors.
Oleksii is co-author of the ThreatSCALE (Sequence of Cyber Attack Lifecycle Events) model of analysis for directed cyberattacks and a participant in numerous cybersecurity conferences, such as S4x17 and S4xEurope.
He’s also a visiting lecturer at MIT and Dartmouth College in the United States.
YURII SAMOKHVALOV
Certified instructor (Cisco, EC-Council, PECB), methodologist, expert in the field of cybersecurity.
Practicing instructor of leading cybersecurity vendors in the areas of digital crime investigation, open-source intelligence, web application security, network protection and automated process control systems. Author of scenarios for cyber competitions, coordinator of interactive training programs to raise awareness of cybersecurity (more than 5000 participants), programs for the development of cybersecurity specialists (230 participants), consultant of the training program of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in the direction of F5 "Cybersecurity".
He has expertise in the construction of structured cabling systems, secure infrastructure (corporate, technological), and the formation of a security incident response team. Certified ethical hacker, certified security analyst, certified investigator of crimes committed using computer equipment. He conducts trainings at both initial and professional levels in the field of cybersecurity, advises teams on planning effective development.

A lawyer with over 14 years of professional experience, specializing in legal support of digital products, GDPR and AI compliance, personal data protection, intellectual property. Coordinator and author of the expert and educational program in the Market & Legal Lab direction within the Seeds of Bravery project (European Innovation Council). Author and speaker at international events.
Has expertise in developing policies and contracts for the IT sector, consulting on the implementation of the AI Act and GDPR, tax and corporate structuring, as well as in protecting the interests of companies. Anatloii is Chairman of the Board of the PJSC Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange, holds a doctorate in economics, and is a professor at the Ternopil National Economic University.
A former chair of the board of Oschadbank (2007–2010), Anatolii is a banking specialist with more than 20 years of experience. From 2010 to 2013, he was a professor at the Czech banking institute Vysoka Skola.
He’s also a member of the Council of the Ukrainian Banking Union and president of the Business People Club.

Previously he occupied positions of IT Manager and CIO at EastOne, Melexis, Procter & Gamble and StarLightMedia. In over 20 years of his professional career he implemented more than 100 successful IT projects.

Since 2014, Ellina has been an organizer of projects countering Russian propaganda in the occupied territories of Ukraine.

Artem is the Enterprise Solutions Director at ISSP where he maintains and develops company business growth in Ukraine and other countries. He has extensive experience of successfully launching ISSP business in Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
He is experienced in security architecture designing, revisioning and its development by using effective combinations of multiple vendor offerings. He is cognizant of the security solutions landscape and actual industry trends, with exact products in-depth awareness and practical administrative experience.
Artem holds M.Sc. in Information Security from the KPI National Technical University of Ukraine.

Satoshi is the Representing Director of Cybercrime Investigation Knowledge Forum (CIKF), that launched a new cyber security standard - CIBOK: Cybercrime Investigation Body of Knowledge. He is also Trend Micro Corporate Officer, Director of JC3 (Japan Cybercrime Control Center) and the Member of INTERPOL Expert Group.
Satoshi has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity. Among his roles and responsibilities were planning and management for strategic partnership management, capacity building, operations and investigation support, total quality management for core cybersecurity technology, information security management (ISMS, ISO27000), quality management (ISO9000), crisis management and more.
PAUL R. ZALUCKY
Paul R. Zalucky serves as Managing Director of Enki Consulting, LLC. He brings strategic expertise and geopolitical perspectives gained from 27 years overseas as an Operations Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency.
He is a Central and Eastern Europe expert. He spent most of his career overseas, devising solutions to political and cultural challenges, and engaging foreign government officials on geopolitical risk, and regional stability issues.
Mr. Zalucky serves as an advisor to Growth Research Unit, in Krakow, Poland, an association of economists dedicated to the analysis of growth and development trends in Central and Eastern Europe.
